Kawah Ijen

"Photographer Olivier Grunewald has recently made several trips into the sulfur mine in the crater of the Kawah Ijen volcano in East Java, Indonesia, bringing with him equipment to capture surreal images lit by moonlight, torches, and the blue flames of burning molten sulfur."
"Grunewald lost one camera and two lenses to the harsh conditions in the crater, and when it was over, he threw all of his clothes in the garbage, as the sulfuric smell was so strong and would not wash out."

Этот вежливый американский-английский...

"That's great idea!" - этой фразой хоронились все мои предложения по улучшению чего-либо :->
"A huge favor" - a small favor :)
"Thank you so much!" - чем меньше favour, тем больше благодарят.
"Thanks for reminding me!" - "да отстань уже" я научился скрывать свое раздражение :)
"I wish I could" - вежливый отказ
"You would want to do..." - приказ начальства, "быстро!"
"You might want to consider to do..." - дружеский совет, стоит прислушаться
"Good job!" - говорят детям в школе, на работе это значит "надо же, не облажался" :)
"I'll have to think about it" - повышения з/п можно не ждать
"I'm not sure if/that X" - всего лишь переставить отрицание - "I'm sure that not X", матлогика :)
"That's really interesting" - еще вариант "не морочь голову всякой ерундой"
"I'm still working on it" - даже еще не начинал :)
"Whenever you get a chance" - если потребовать ASAP нельзя
